MEMBER REGISTRATION 2013-2014

We invite you to join The Haworth Home & School Association for the 2013-2014 school year.  All the money raised through our membership and various fund-raising initiatives enables us to sponsor activities for our children from grades K-8, including authors and artists-in-residence, storytellers, assembly programs, musical productions and classroom enrichments.  This year, we also plan to purchase equipment and supplies for our school, such as books for our library and classrooms, classroom audio equipment and multi-media hardware and software.

Membership dues for the 2013-2014 school year are $20 per family (regardless of the number of children you have attending the Haworth School).  The $20 membership fee option has already been selected.  You may also choose to donate additionally for any amount using the "additional donation" space.
Matching Gifts - Many companies offer matching gift programs that can increase the value of your donation.  You can contact your or your spouse's Human Resources Department and request a matching gift form.

We thank you for your support and generosity and look foward to welcoming you at our monthly meetings held the second Wednesday of each month.

There will be a $.40 surcharge added to your total bill.  This surcharge covers the costs incurred by website maintenance and the credit card payment processing fees.  We appreciate your cooperation.
