To apply you must provide an authoritative way for us to verify your credentials. Most individuals can be verified by state licensing websites; if not provide authoritative documentation. The more information you give us on this application, the faster we can determine whether or not you qualify. To apply you must be a Helium member and you must include your About Me page URL.
