CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a credit card number or cash or check deposit to hold your pet's reservation. During Peak Season, we must receive 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid credit card charges (equal to two nights boarding) or forteiture of your deposit. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation during off peak dates to avoid a one night boarding charge.
