Dear Delegates --

The issue of accommodating different religious beliefs
at CC2009 has been raised.

We are now asking for your input regarding your religous
preferences so that we can better prepare
for the availability of (limited) chapel space each day and to adopt
a general prayer format acceptable for most Delegates.

Providing your information is, of course, completely
OPTIONAL.

Your individual responses to this form will be kept confidential.

available at the hotel during the early morning.

Chapel availability will is tentatively set
for 6 AM - 7:45 AM daily.

Because of limited hotel room availability/seating, we need to
estimate the average planned attendance level for chapel sessions.

We would like group prayers offered during CC2009
to be such that everyone will feel comfortable saying "Amen"
