GoConnect LiveTransfer Lead Terms and Conditions


ProspectZone specializes in search-engine-driven health leads, collected from our network of popular consumer-oriented websites. Google, Yahoo and other major search engines deliver online insurance shoppers to our resource websites. When these shoppers are ready to get a quote and talk to an agent, we invite them to complete a lead registration form.

We never "bribe" them with gift certificates, toys or other incentives. We then immediately validate the information they provide with national address and phone databases. So our leads consist only of genuine shoppers who want to speak with an agent.

But our GoConnect live transfer leads then take the extra step of calling each of these leads to re-verify two important facts:

  1. Their interest in buying health insurance
  2. Their desire to talk to an agent now

If their answer to both questions is "yes," we immediately put them on the line with you. All you have to do is pick up the phone.

***Important Information***

You also need to make sure that you answer your GoConnect live transfer calls when your phone rings. If you don't answer a live transfer call, it will automatically get routed to the next agent or broker on the distribution list.

Your answer rate will also influence your quality score, which will affect your place in the distribution list and your cost per lead. The higher your quality score, the better your chance of being the first in line to receive live transfer calls in your territory - and at a lower per-lead price. But don't worry about getting calls at 3:00 AM. You can select the days and times you want to receive live transfer leads.

The cost GoConnect Live Transfer leads is $30 and they are non-refundable.  These leads may only be purchased with "real-dollars," which means any leads you earned through placed application or funds that you have added to the account yourself.  Norvax also has the authorization to turn off my other lead profiles so that any "real-dollars" in my account will be saved to be put towards a Live Transfer lead.

Please select the state(s) where you would like to recieve your LiveTransfer leads.   By selecting these variables you are authorizing Norvax to make the appropriate changes, and you understand that your lead price may increase by the prices listed below.


Submit Request


When you push "Continue," you will submit your request to Norvax.  You will receive an email confirmation within 48 business hours that this has been updated to your lead profiles inside of BrokerOffice.  If you turn on your leads before you receive this confirmation, then you may have used all of your "real-dollars" and may not receive any Live Transfer leads.
