All families must register to participate.
Filling out an updated form for your child/children each year really helps us keep our records accurate, order supplies and plan classes. Having completed registrations in August, helps us set up these classes correctly. Please help us by registering promptly.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 13

Sunday School
Sunday School classes meet on Sundays during the academic year during the 10:00AM service using the Gather Round Curriculum. Children begin the morning in their classrooms and come up to church during the peace.

Wednesdays at Grace
The Grace Church Community gathers on Wednesday nights throughout the academic year for education and fellowship. Each Wednesday night we have a community dinner, along with education for all ages. Children attend Godly Play classes, which is based on the the Montessori method of teaching and learning. Middle school aged youth participate in the Rite 13 Program. Adult Education topics can be found in the parish newsletter and Sunday bulletin. Come join us!

6:45pm - Godly Play 1 (Grades K-2), Godly Play 2 (Grades 3-5), Rite 13 (Grades 6-8) & Adult Education

Children and Youth Choirs
Our Childrens and Youth Choirs are led by our Minister of Music Ruth Roper and reherse and perform at various times throughout the year

Dramatic Productions
During the 2009-10 program year we will have three dramatic productions where children can participate, All Saints Sunday, Christmas Pageant and Palm Sunday. Volunteer Preferences

We ask that all families that have Children and Youth registered in Grace Church programs to volunteer.

* Cook a dinner for a Wednesday Night. We ask that each family who participates in Wednesdays at Grace cook or help cook a dinner at least twice during an academic year. Please sign up for a date in the parish hall, or by calling the parish office. If you need assistance paying for or preparing a meal, please speak to Linda Rogers or Noah Evans.

* We ask all families who participate Sunday School or Wednesdays at Grace to serve as a "door keeper" or classroom assistant 2-3 times during the academic year. Families will be assigned a day which they are responsible for.

Serve as a teacher for a Sunday School or Wednesday Night Class. Wednesday Night teachers serve 2-3 times a month, Sunday teachers commit to teach at least 1-2, 3-4 week blocks throughout the year.

Age group preference:

Coordinate special projects; like Valentine Card making, Sunday School can drives or field trips. Commitment is 1-2 project during the year.

Children and Youth Choir Assistants help to coordinate choir rehearsals, remind parents of rehearsal and performance times, and assist the Choir director with organizational tasks.

Serve as a Children/Youth Choir Assistant

Serve as a kitchen manager - help make sure kitchen in organized, and equipped and assist families preparing dinner with understanding how to use the kitchen.
