Event Registration Information

Registration Only - $1000
The registration fee for the 2010 Mardi Gras Invitational includes all costs for unlimited numbers of representatives for all events. The registration fee includes all food, parking and other specials related to the event.

Purple Sponsor - $1500

As a Purple Sponsor your company will receive a quarter-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide and recognition as a sponsor in the MGI Career Fair Guide. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

Green Sponsor - $1750

As a Green Sponsor your company will receive a half-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide, company name listing on our Welcome Banner, and recognition as a sponsor in the MGI Career Fair Guide. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

Gold Sponsor - $2000
As a Gold Sponsor your company will receive premium table placement at the Career Fair, a full-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide, company logo listing on our Welcome Banner, and logo listing as a sponsor in the MGI Career Fair Guide. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

King of Carnival Sponsor - $3500

King of Carnival
As a King of Carnival (KOC) Sponsor your company will be idenitified as a premier sponsor at the Career Fair Brunch and on all associated advertising. Your logo will also be displayed on printed materials and other items used to promote MGI on the seven campuses involved in the fair. Your company will also be mentioned in all press releases related to the event and highlighted for job seekers as a premier organization to investigate. Your company will receive premium table placement at the Career Fair, a full-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide, company logo listing on our Welcome Banner and associated advertising. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

New Orleans Hornets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder Basketball Game February 3, 2010 - 7 pm - New Orleans Arena

The Mardi Gras Invitational Career fair will host seating at the February 3, 2010 NBA Hornets vs. Thunder game at the New Orleans Arena. The "baby-Dome" is located directly next door to the Louisiana Superdome and is within walking distance from the MGI Career Fair.

We are providing tickets for employers and their guests to attend the game. Tickets reserved during time of registration will be available at the MGI Career Fair based on number reserved.

Any ticket requests made less than a week before the career fair may not be met. We will do everything we can to add tickets to your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

By submitting your registration you should be aware of the following:

1. Please allow for 24-36 hour confirmation of your registration and credit card payment processing
2. The planning committee reserves the right to refuse any registration that is not in the best interest of the stated purpose of the event.
3. If the event is cancelled by the MGI Planning Committee, all funds will be refunded.
4. Organizations cancelling their registration for the career fair after January 22, 2010 will not be issued a refund.
5. Payment for the event is expected prior to February 1, 2010.
