Terms & Conditions
Setup Time: December 10, 2011, starting at 7am on December 10th. If you want to set up on Friday, December 9th, you may do so after 7pm. However, there is no security on duty.
(We are NOT responsible for items left at your space over night.)
Craft Fair: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM (all entries must remain in their space until 3:00 PM) No early breakdown!
Location: Behind the Leland Town Hall, 102 Town Hall Drive Leland, NC (Leland Town Park)
NOTE: Unloading and Loading will be done on Town Hall Drive. Parking for ALL vendors will be behind the Parks and Recreation Community Building off of Perry Ave. No Parking vehicles or Trailers will be allowed in the Craft/Vendor area.
This is a craft fair—yard sale items will not be allowed. Area businesses and politicians’ advertisements will be allowed to set up a booth. We will not have food vendors at this event with the exception of bake goods and drinks. We are planning on having some entertainment at this event.
*A $25.00 fee will be assessed to anyone not cleaning up his or her space.
*Must provide own power supply.

Release of Liability
The Unity Group of North Brunswick is a non-political community based civic organization. We are not affiliated with any other group, local government or organization. The UGNB sponsors this parade and festival for the sole purpose of the enjoyment of the children and their families in the community and cannot take any responsibility for any accidents, sickness, personal injury, death and expense of any nature incurred by the undersigned or the child participant in their care resulting from the parade and festival. Therefore know all by all men that being 21 years of age or older for myself and for good and valuable consideration do hereby release and forever discharge the Unity Group of North Brunswick of Leland, NC and their directors, officers, members, supervisors and agents from any and every liability, right, claim or demand which I have or might otherwise hereafter have against them on account of, connected with or growing out of the above describe Parade and Festival.
