About this Program for Kirtland Residents

The Kirtland Recreation Adventure week is a co-ed day camp, great for residents looking for a short-term, traditional camping experience within Kirtland. Activities include archery, challenge course, canoeing, wall climbing, cooking, games, fishing, hiking, swimming and tennis. To receive the discounted resident rate, use this form to register. THIS YEAR MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO RED OAK CAMP.

Date: June 4 to 8 , 9:00am-4:00pm

Cost: $250 (residents)

$235 (additional resident siblings)

Nonresidents, including Kirtland Hills must register using the General Adventure Day Camp Form.

Ages: 7-12

In addition to this form, all parents must complete the camps Health History Form.

The cost for the first Kirtland Camper is $250, and each additional sibling is $235. The normal charge for this program is $275.00.

Refunds: Your deposit and tuition paid are refundable by sending Red Oak written notice 30 days prior to the start of camp, minus a $45.00 administrative fee. There are no refunds within 30 days of the start of your program, unless the camper cannot attend because of documented health reasons. We must have a letter from a licensed physician. There are no refunds for campers who are dismissed from our program or withdrawn by the parent for any reason.

Before and After Care

Red Oak does not have a formal before or after care program, but we can help you with early drop off or late pickup arrangements. Please let us know if we need to help you with this, and we will contact you.

By checking this box, parents agree that prior to the start of camp, they will complete all forms required for their camp, including but not limited to the Camp’s Statement of Activities, which includes provision for out of camp trips; all required Health Forms; and other forms specific to their program, such as riding. The camp is not responsible for loss or damage to any camper’s property during the camping season.
