Prorated Weekly Rates Available - see form below for costs. We recommend a four-week minimum to finish the work program, to earn Red Cross Swimming Certification, and other certifications. We require a $400.00 deposit to reserve your camper's spot, and full tuition must be paid by March 31, or 30 days upon receipt of invoice after March 31. Extended payment plans are available. Daily Lunch Service? Campers can get a lunch each day prepared by Kandy, the camp cook. What are we serving? Lunches vary each week, but you can get a copy of a sample menu by contacting the Executive Director. Lunch can be prorated weekly. The weekly cost is $25.00. If your child has special dietary needs, we recommend that you pack your child's lunch.

* Bus Service. If you live near Pepper Pike you can use the bus service. Bus transportation is provided for our day campers from Congregation Bethaynu, 27900 Gates Mills Blvd., Pepper Pike. Bus service for the full 7 week session is $410.00. Please select number of weeks you will be using transportation

Invoicing and Payment Options

Last year's campers are given enrollment preference up to January 3rd. After January 3rd, the camp accepts enrollment on a first come first serve basis.

To reserve your camper's spot, we must receive a $400.00 deposit 10 days upon receipt of invoice. Monthly payment plans are available, but tuition must be paid in full by May 15.

Refunds: Your deposit and tuition paid are refundable by sending Red Oak written notice 30 days prior to the start of camp, minus a $45.00 administrative fee. There are no refunds within 30 days of the start of your program, unless the camper cannot attend because of documented health reasons. We must have a letter from a licensed physician. There are no refunds for campers who are dismissed from our program or withdrawn by the parent for any reason, including unplanned vacations.

The camp is not responsible for loss or damage to any camper’s property during the camping season.
