Your credit card will be charged to Veterinary Hospital Websites for monthly web hosting. Your monthly hosting fee will be automatically charged to the credit card you have provided. Providing Veterinary Hospital Websites Ireland Ltd. with your credit card information constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained herein. Hosting services are automatically renewed on a yearly basis. You may cancel your website services after you have completed one year of web hosting. To cancel your website package and services you must provide Veterinary Hospital Websites Ireland Ltd. with written notice 90-days prior to your contract renewal date. Request for cancellation of website services must be submitted in writing to Veterinary Hospital Websites Ireland Ltd. by the credit card account holder. Third parties may not request cancellation of website services. Should you wish to terminate your services prior to your contract renewal date, you may terminate your website services by paying the balance of any fees due on your current contract. A 5% interest fee will be charged on the remainder owing on your website services contract should you decide to terminate your contract before its expiration date. All text, photographs, 2-D artwork, and general content of the website is copyrighted and owned by Vet Web Designers with the exception of photos, text, pet gallery submissions by your patients and content you or your employees provide to Veterinary Hospital Websites Ireland, Ltd. to be uploaded to your website. No website content copyrighted or provided by Veterinary Hospital Websites Ireland, Ltd. may be copied or transferred to another website provider. No website content may be used in any format other than the website provided by Veterinary Hospital Websites Ireland, Ltd. without express written permission.
