• I understand that by registering for classes at Bombay Dance Company, I agree to abide by all studio policies and guidelines.

• By enrolling your child in our dance classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity. Our instructors and staff will take all necessary precautions, but we cannot be held liable for any injuries that may occur during classes or events.

• I acknowledge that all registration fees are non-refundable.

• I give permission for photographs and/or videos of the participant to be used for promotional purposes by Bombay Dance Company.
