MODE MUSIC TEACHING ACADEMY VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

Mode Music Teaching Academy is a teaching mentorship program sponsored by Mode Music Studios and partnered with Mode Music and Performing Arts’ music lesson scholarship program, offering high school aged students the opportunity to complete volunteer and community service hours using their talent to educate the younger generation. Students who sign up must be enrolled in private music instruction at Mode Music Studios, must be at least 15 years of age, and must have at least 3 years experience with the instrument they choose to teach.

I agree to complete the required training and orientation before teaching a lesson at Mode Music Studios.

I understand that I will not be monetarily compensated for hours that I have worked in and for Mode Music Studios.

I agree to act professionally and to follow all of the Guidelines in the Mode Music Studios Employee Handbook.
