In your Health Assessment Andrew will have explained the length of time he thinks would be best for you to have on the Program. 

Programs are for 3, 6 or 12 months for you (with or without partner add ons) and can be used for one or all of the following:

  1. Support whilst trying to conceive naturally.
  2. IVF Preparation and IVF Cycle Support.
  3. Pregnancy Support. 

Please note: Each Program supports your unique fertility journey. If your journey changes direction, your Program will be adjusted to fully support you.

If pregnancy happens whilst on a Program the remainder of your Program will be automatically converted to a Pregnancy Support Program until the Program is completed. You will then be able to add on extra support, as required.

All Programs include UK VAT (Sales Tax) of 20%. 

Programs are paid in equal monthly installments or single payments, depending on what you prefer.

Programs cannot be cancelled once started (see T+C's below).

Option One - 3 Month Program

A 3 Month Foundational Program: £1995

Best suited to:

(1). 3 months of IVF preparation
(2). Foundational support for trying naturally

3 Month Foundational Program £665 per month

Option Two - 6 Month Program + FREE BONUS of 1 extra month worth £600.

6 Month Program + FREE BONUS of 1 extra month worth £665.

Total value = £4655.  Actual price = £3990

Receive a bonus 1 month of treatment - worth £665! 

This extends your Program to 7 months at no extra charge to you and gives you lots of time to focus on the important underlying changes to optimise your health.

It also allows you to spread the payments over 7 months instead of 6, making it a little cheaper each month.

If your fertility journey changes direction to assisted treatment, back to natural conception after assisted treatment, or you fall pregnant whilst on the Program, all remaining Program time will be converted to fully support you.

Best suited to:

(1). Trying to conceive naturally

(2). 4-5 months of IVF preparation and 1-2 months of IVF support (through the cycle)

6 Month Program + 1 free month for £570.00 per month:

Option Three - 12 Month Program + 2 Months FREE - worth £1200.

12 Month Program + 2 FREE bonus months making 14 months in total.

Total value = £9310.  Actual price = £7700

Receive a bonus 2 months of treatment - worth £1330! 

This extends your Program to 14 months at no extra charge to you and gives you lots of time to focus on the foundational and advanced aspects of your fertility healthcare.

If your fertility journey changes direction to assisted treatment, back to natural conception after assisted treatment, or you fall pregnant whilst on the Program, all remaining Program time will be converted to fully support you.

Best suited to:

(1). Trying naturally without time stress

(2). Longer term IVF preparation and support

Alternative Support Option: by agreement only

Use this section only if an alternative program option has been agreed by us.

Payments will be set up as we have agreed in writing.

Partner Support - Add On Options

In the case that your partner needs some help, we have created a Partner 'Add on' option.
This is subsidised by us via your main program to help you reduce your expenses for the treatment of 2 people, compared to one.
From the options below your partner can receive the necessary support needed.
Please note: This can only be purchased as an 'add on' to a main program. It is not available as a stand alone support option.

Payment Method

Payments can only be made by credit or debit card including: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We do not accept: Diners Club, Discover or JCB as our business entity is outside the USA.
Once you complete this form you will be redirected to our secure payment page to use one of the above accepted cards.

Your Payment Dates

Your first payment will need to be made on completion of this form and you will be redirected to a secure payment page once you submit this form.

All subsequent payments will be automatically collected from your credit or debit card on the same day each month for the number of instalments that you have chosen.

Once this form is submitted and your first payment is received, your first month of Herbal Medicine will be sent to you within 7 days.

If you are adding your partner you will need to complete your payment first and then on the 'Thank You' page you will have the option of clicking a link and processing your partners order too.

Members Area Access

Once you have completed this agreement and made your first payment, you will be given access to our program private members area. You will be sent an email with important details immediately after the payment is completed.

This is a portal for you to gain access to all of the necessary forms, and links that you will need throughout your program.
You will also find important information on how to prepare and take your herbal medicine, along with lots of other resources to support your fertility health.

Your Monitoring Sessions

Your sessions will take place on Zoom and an email will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your session as a reminder to complete your monitoring form, this is to be completed no later than 24 hours before each session to allow Andrew the time to review any changes.

A second reminder is sent 2 hours before each session with the Zoom meeting link.

This Zoom link can also be found in the program members area.

Andrews client sessions are:

Monday and Thursday 8am-2pm UK time, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am-7pm UK time.

Please note: Evening appointments are available but do get booked up fast. The more availability you have the easier it is for us to find the best times for you.

If you have the flexibility to speak at lunchtime, or during the day, there are usually more options.

Please confirm you have the flexibility to work to Andrews schedule, within these times.

Secret Facebook Group

The Facebook (3-Steps to Pregnancy) Group is a secret group that is only for members of Andrew's Program. It is not searchable on Facebook, which means that nobody in Facebook knows it exists.

The purpose of the group is to create a safe and friendly community of like-minded people.
It's a place you can safely post and ask questions about fertility and health topics, as well as read other people’s posts and learn more about fertility.
You'll need to provide us with your email address below. It MUST be the email that you use to login to your facebook.
You will then receive an invitation from us to join.
You cannot add yourself to the group as you will not be able to find it in FB.

Mastermind Sessions

These sessions typically happen monthly via a Zoom video conference call.

We remind you of these sessions before the date via Facebook and email.

In these sessions Andrew discusses a fertility or health topic and then offers a Q+A for you to ask any questions you might have, whilst hearing other peoples questions and experiences of their fertility journey too. These sessions are optional, and all are recorded in case you can't make them.



Following is a description of our key Terms and Conditions in simplified terms.

i. By signing this agreement you agree to pay the program cost in full and on time. Payments will be collected automatically each month once you have completed this form and made the first payment on our secure checkout page.

ii. This payment plan is interest free as long as all payments are made on time.

iii. If at any stage you are unable to pay please inform us immediately, and in advance of the payment date so that we can discuss your options.

iv. If you do not inform us and miss a payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on a daily basis at 3% over the base rate of METROBANK UK on your outstanding daily balance and continue to charge you daily until your account is cleared.

v. If you do not pay on time, we have the right to stop treatment and sessions until your account is cleared.

vi. In the event that your account is not cleared, and money is owing we reserve the right to hand your debt to a debt collection agency to retrieve any outstanding balance including interest.

Bank Charges:

i. You agree that all bank charges or fees for your payments to us will be paid in full at your end.

ii. You will ensure that the full payment amount will arrive at our bank, free of bank transfer charges or fees.

iii. Should we receive a bank charge attached to your transaction you agree to pay this.

Monitoring Sessions:

i. Before each Monitoring Session, you will be required to submit a Monitoring Form 1-2 days before your meeting with Andrew. A tongue picture will also be required as part of the form. An email is sent to you 48 hours before your session as a reminder.

Any forms received on the day of your session may not be read in advance of the meeting, which may impact Andrews ability to review your progress efficiently.

ii. If during the course of your program you have new test results to share with Andrew, they will need to be submitted via the Test Sheet (Excel document) that is provided as part of your monitoring form. This is to protect your personal data as our monitoring forms are secure.

iii. We book all of your Monitoring Sessions with Andrew at the start of your Program and create a schedule for you to confirm and approve. This is to provide you with a consistent and guaranteed date and time to meet with Andrew and avoid you missing sessions due to his diary being full.

iv. We will agree all of your Monitoring Sessions with you before you start your Program so that you can choose the best options for yourself.

v. You have the flexibility to change your dates at any time and we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to do this.

vi. If you cancel your Monitoring Session within 48 hours you may lose the session, and this is at our discretion.

vii. If changing an appointment, please email We will try to find you an alternative appointment as quickly as possible. If there is no availability, we may need to add the session on to the end of your Program.  Please note: extending your program in this way may result in you having monitoring sessions without herbal medicine treatment if you have already used your quota of herbal medicine.

Program Terms:

i. All Programs are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale.

ii. Any special offers or bonuses are non-transferable, non-refundable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.

iii. Commitment to your Program is for the full term of the chosen Program length.

iv. Your Program cannot be stopped part way through, and payment must be completed in full as per the terms stated above.

v. All Herbal Medicine is prescriptive for your personal health presentation only, and cannot be transferred to anyone else, refunded, or returned to us.

vi. Emergency email support is available from Andrew for situations or questions that cannot wait until your next session. This is available to all members of the program and we ask that you keep this for personal or emergency questions only.

Mastermind Sessions:

i. As part of your Program you have access to monthly online Mastermind Sessions with Andrew. 

ii. Each session is recorded. Each replay is stored in the members area for all other members to watch. 

iii. By attending a Group Coaching Session you agree to the video being recorded and placed in the members area for ongoing use.

Privacy notice for all clients

1. How we use your personal data

We are committed to protecting your personal data.

The only data we collect from you is as submitted by you on the form above, and future forms and emails used for your online monitoring sessions with Andrew. 

We will use your sensitive personal data (that is the data you completed in this form and future forms like this) for the purposes of providing our services to you or if we need to comply with a legal obligation.

We will use your non-sensitive personal data to (i) register you as a new client, (ii) manage payment, (iii) collect and recover monies owed to us (iv) to manage our relationship with you, (v) send you details of our goods and services.

Our legal grounds for processing your data in relation to points (i) to (iv) above are for performance of a contract with you and in relation to (v) above, necessary for our legitimate interests to develop our products/services and grow our business.

We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes except with your express consent.

2. Disclosure of your personal data

We may have to share your personal data with (i) service providers who provide IT and system administration support, (ii) professional advisors including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers (iii) HMRC and other regulatory authorities (iv) third parties to whom we sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets and/or (v) to other professionals that work with us for the purposes of discussing your treatment.

We require all of these third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. They are only allowed to process your personal data on our instructions.

3. International transfers

Some of our third party providers are businesses outside of the EEA in countries which do not always offer the same levels of protection for your personal data. We do our best to ensure a similar degree of security by ensuring that contracts, code of conduct or certification are in place which give your personal data the same protection it has within Europe. If we are not able to do so, we will request your explicit consent to the transfer and you can withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Data security

Protecting your data is important to us and we have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We also limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breaches and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

In certain circumstances you can ask us to delete your data. See the section entitled ‘your rights’ below for more information.

We may anonymise your personal data (so that you can no longer be identified from such data) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

5. Data retention

We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. We may retain your data to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements so for example we need to keep certain information about you for 6 years after you cease to be a client for tax purposes.

You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you in certain circumstances. See section 6 below.

6. Your rights

You are able to exercise certain rights in relation to your personal data that we process. These are set out in more detail at

In relation to a Subject Access Right request, you may request that we inform you of the data we hold about you and how we process it. We will not charge a fee for responding to this request unless your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to respond.

We will, in most cases, reply within one month of the date of the request unless your request is complex or you have made a large number of requests in which case we will notify you of any delay and will in any event reply within 3 months.

7. Keeping your data up to date

We have a duty to keep your personal data up to date and accurate so from time to time we will contact you to ask you to confirm that your personal data is still accurate and up to date.

If there are any changes to your personal data (such as a change of address) please let us know as soon as possible by writing to or emailing the addresses set out in section 6 above.

8. Complaints

We are committed to protecting your personal data but if for some reason you are not happy with any aspect of how we collect and use your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (
