2019 Manufacturing
Innovation Challenge

Are you ready for a challenge?

The Manufacturing Innovation Challenge brings clarity and fresh insight into your leadership team. After spending 6 hours with our collaborative, experienced, and multi-disciplinary team, you'll have a fresh "whole company" view of your business, greater visibility into the company’s strengths, and a better sense of what next steps will make the biggest impact. Participants receive a report of the company’s maturity across 8 categories and recommendations for improvement and growth. The process and report will help you focus your company's time and resources, allowing you to move forward with clarity and renewed determination.
"The Manufacturing Innovation Challenge was an exceptional opportunity to look at our business from industry experts. It led to an internal discussion about who our customer is, and to create processes to help end users pull products through the distributor channel--this is creating a life in business." --Michael Black, President, National Marker Company
