Intructions: Fill out the form with all the required information. Choose your classes. If you're first choice class is full, and you'd like to be on the waiting list, please send an email to Fun@WinterQuiltRetreat.com and let us know which class to add you to.
Select the $50 Deposit (nonrefundable), unless you're a teacher, then choose the Teacher Registration. :-)
Registration Fee: $175 (includes 6 meals & 6 trunk show/programs)
Tuesday Bargain Classes: $15 each
Half Day Classes: $25 each
Power Hours: $15 each
When you click continue, the form will show what you have chosen. The cost will be in parenthesis. The only payment you will make today is the $50 deposit. We'll invoice you for the remainder.
HOTEL: We will send out an email on ***September 14th*** around 8 AM! Please wait for this email BEFORE calling Ruby's Inn since it will have the booking link that you need.
Registrations will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that the number of registration spaces DO fill completely, a waiting list is maintained, and it is fairly certain that most everyone on that list eventually gets accepted. If you wish to NOT be on the waiting list, your deposit will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancelation Policy: We will accept cancellations until 2 weeks prior to the retreat and will refund everything except for the $50 nonrefundable deposit. No refunds will be given within 2 weeks of the retreat.
