The purpose of this form is to assist Regis University in evaluating applicants for the Peer Minister (PM) and Resident Assistant (RA) positions. The primary responsibilities of a PM and RA are fostering community development among residents, administrative duties, program planning, and promotiong academic success. Characteristics such as approachability, accountability, care for others, and a positive attitude are crucial to the success of this position.
