If your event includes a speaker, involves a table to distribute information, or involves a demonstration you MUST fill out a Demonstrations, Speakers and Tabling Request form found at:

NOTE:  All programming events must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. Events falling within 14 days of the scheduled activity may not have adequate or accomodating space available for your event.

Note: Bon Appetit must cater the following university spaces: First Floor of the Student Center, Mountain View Room, Claver Hall Atrium, Main Hall 333, main Cafe, Claver Cafe and Clarke Board Room.

Will there be any outside venders for music, sound equipment, or performer? *
If you are using a space on campus, you are responsible for leaving that space as you found it. Please remember to re-set the rooms if tables/chairs are moved, take out any trash or decorations from your event, and return any borrowed items to Event Services or the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership. If outside catering is brought in, you are responsible for removing all catering food and trash from the space. *
