Should I adopt or foster an animal for Hand in Paw, I agree that I will be financially responsible for all expenses incurred by the animal, except for medically necessary procedures and treatment(pre-authorized by Hand in Paw), which will be covered by Hand in Paw

Should I decide not to keep a dog that I adopt or foster from Hand in Paw, I will contact Hand in Paw and arrange a time to return the animal when space is available. Until that time, I will continue to properly care for and house the animal.

I understand that if I am adopting or fostering an animal and unable to care for the animal during vacation or an out of town stay for any length of time, I will arrange for proper care for the animal. I understand that Hand in Paw will not be able to keep my foster animal for me while I am away.

I understand that I am required by Hand in Paw to have my animal spayed/neutered within 60 days of the adoption date, or at 6 months of age. This will help reduce the pet overpopulation.
