I agree that I am responsible for any damages caused by way of a negligent act or vandalism to the cottage assigned to me and my party. I am responsible for any guest of mine that wilfully causes damage to any and all other Resort Property.

It is agreed by me that should such damages occur, that Shuswap Vacation Rental is authorized to charge to my credit card for repair and or the replacement of these damages. I also agree that I am responsible for the conduct of all of the members of my (our) Party.

Should my cottage not be left in a tidy manner, it is agreed that Shuswap Vacation Rentals will charge me a cleaning fee of $100.00 on my credit card (on file). *

Please note if that the maximum agreed to number of people is exceeded, my credit card will be charged in the amount of $225.00 per person, including children. This penalty applies if extra guests have not been registered in advance or prior to their stay. (Maximum per cottage 1-19, 6 people with no more than 4 adults; and a maximum of 8 people in cottages 20 and 21, with no more than 6 adults.) Cottage rates are based on double occupancy with the exception of cottages 20 and 21 which are based on 4 adults. *
