SACRED HEARTS ANIMAL SANCTUARY ADOPTION APPLICATION

IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION COMPLETELY WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU, NOR WILL WE APPROVE YOUR APPLICATION...... WE DO CHECK YOUR REFERENCES, WE LOVE THE RESCUES HERE AND ONLY PLACE THEM IN APPROVED HOMES.

Please understand that this application is not a guarantee of adoption approval and we reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.  Thank you for taking the time to inquire and apply for one of our adoptable dogs!
Due to rising medical costs and rising cost of overall care, we have recently had to increase our adoption fees. Please understand we are a non-profit, privately funded (no government help) shelter. Our entire funding comes from private donations as well as adoption donations. We house near 60 dogs, many sanctuary and special needs, keeping them from being euthanized and your adoption fee also helps contribute to their care, as well as the vetting invested in the rescue you are adopting. Adoption fees as of 9/18/18 ~ Cats & Kittens $50-$100 Puppies $250~$325 Young adult dogs $175 ~ $250 Senior/Special needs will vary with a normal minimum fee of $125 up to $150 ~ on occasion we may have a dog or puppy with a slightly higher or lower fee, we reserve the right to do this as we see fit, as a general rule the fee will fall into the ranges above. Is the adoption fee acceptable to you? If not please continue no further with your application and accept my apologies. *
