Program Enrollment/ Policies/ Payments

Program Selection: Choose the division based on player's current grade.  
A online payment will incur a 3% processing fee. Registration received without payment are received but are not complete until a payment is received. You may mail a payment to PO Box 1146 Plainfield IL 60544. All payments must be received before the early bird deadline to receive that rate.  
Uniform Payment:  UNIFORMS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR: Academy Training, K-2 Basketball or 3-4 Grade Volleyball.
Note the uniform fee is not included in the league fee.  Returning player that have a wearable ATL issued uniform do not have to purchase another uniform.  Returning players in need of just a jersey or shorts can order a la carte items on the first day.
  
Uniform Size:
Uniform samples are available on the frist day of practice during the Player/Parent Orientation to verify sizing.

ATL Policies

I understand that registrations received without payment are incomplete and that my enrollee is not officially registered until a payment is received. Therefore, I understand that a spot will not be held. Once all teams are filled incomplete registrations will be deleted.

I have reviewed, read and agree to follow all ATL policies, including but not limited to uniform, refund, registration, game, facilty and practice policies.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE/ LATE REGISTRATION POLICY:

Any registration that is received after the early bird deadlines or that has a balance after the first scheduled practice will be charged a $10 late fee. Payment plans are available upon request and requires that all fees must be paid before the first match/game.


REGISTRATION RECEIVED WITHOUT PAYMENT ARE INCOMPLETE UNTIL THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Due to demand team spots can not be held.

FUNDRAISER:
Fundraiser are not required for any training based clinic, camp or program. Fundraisers only take place for our leagues. The fundraiser helps offset your cost for the league fees. Fundraiser fee is included in the league fee. All Players will recop $30 of league fees with our Fundraiser by selling 15 raffle tickets for $2.00 each. Tickets are distributed the first week of the league.  
Check Payments Made in Person
ATLYS will not take personal checks after the the first week of the start of the program or accept post dated checks.
$25 return check fee will apply charged for returned payments
