Terms:

No product exclusivity: We allow multiple companies to exhibit the same products
Brand exclusivity: We do not allow same brand vendors (i.e., Avon, Traci Lynn Jewelry, etc.)
No sub-leasing of vendor tables permitted
Food exhibits are limited to baked goods, shakes, sample items, flavored oils and condiments
Selling counterfeit goods and designer knockoffs of any kind is prohibited
Per the Amphitheater’s contract, no water can be sold, and only Aquafina water is allowed on the premises
Only purchased tables allowed

Vendor Space Rules:

All vendor space includes purchased table(s) and 2 chairs. Table sizes are 6 ft. Vendors are allowed to use the space behind their tables to display merchandise w/o the use of an extra table. If extra space is needed for a clothing rack, 1 clothing rack will be allowed. Clothing racks must fit behind tables not to exceed your allotted space.

Violation of the rules and terms will forfeit your vendor space without a refund.

Waiver:
Ladies of Virtue reserve the right to refuse any vendor application. Should this occur, the fee will be refunded. The Vendor shall hold harmless Covenant Life Ministries, Ladies of Virtue, The Amphitheater and their respective Officers, Board Members, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, liability, or expense which may arise, and shall not be responsible for any lost or damages due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically describe herein, whether past present or future. Vendors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Any Vendor not holding valid liability insurance will exhibit at their own risk and assumes all liability.
