FFA JACKET DONATION

I will provide a FFA Jacket for membership (on loan for duration of membership)

If a jacket is needed, please indicate lettering for the front (i.e. name, offices,etc) AND lettering for the back (i.e. Chapter name and State)

BIOGRAPHY OF MEMBER--this will be used for the electronic kiosk at The Center for Agricultural Education and also on the FFA Foundation Website. (it is recommended to work on this using something like Microsoft Word and then copy and paste into here)--you can also use the "Save and Return" button at the top of this form)

Possible items to include are years of membership, offices held, judging contests (CDE's) participated in, your Ag Instructor, fondest memory, affliation to FFA and/or agriculture, current occupation, family information, etc.
