Per your facility's timesheet process, you will be utilizing their facility specific process to document your time, which should be provided to you during orientation. Per Emerald's policy, you must also provide us a copy/screen shot of this document at the end of your last shift. This ensures that we have received all reported time by our payroll deadline so that we can review against the facility report submitted to Emerald on your behalf. This will avoid any potential delay in processing your hours. 
 
Please note that if your facility utilizes Kronos, you must take a screenshort or print the summary to send in to us. Please take the time to review to assure you have punched in and out appropriately. If there are any missed punches report to your staffing office to submit corrections immediately.

I had issues with my facility system.
 
Per Federal and state laws all employees should be reporting their lunch times on their timecard. If your submitted timecard document does not have your clock in/out details, please fill in the below with details of your lunch.

Travelers are expected to work their contracted hours. If Contracted hours are not met it's important to advise Emerald of the reason, please advise below: *

By submitting the attached Emerald timecard, I certify that all hours reported are an accurate record of all hours worked during the reported pay period.  I understand that if there is a variance between the hours reported on this timecard and the hours reported by the facility, I may be contacted for further clarification and/or approval. I acknowledge that per the timesheet submitted, I received all required meal and rest periods. If I did not receive my breaks, I spoke to the appropriate managers to ask for relief prior to working into my break or meal periods.

Additionally, I understand that my stipend is paid out based on actual hours worked.
