Per your facility's process, all hours must be submitted into the Peoplenet portal by Sunday at Noon.
Emerald does not require you to submit a back up timecard  for this facility. However, we require you to send us a screen shot of the Peoplenet entry to ensure accurate processing of your hours. Please make sure your screenshot includes your daily hours, not just your weekly total.

*If this is your first assignment at this facility, please follow the instructions that are included in the training guide to complete your registration.
 
*The Peoplenet system will not allow you to access or enter time (or sometimes even register) until the Monday following your Orientation week. That is normal. Please submit a signed Epic Paper Timesheet  for Orientation week for Payroll processing purposes, and enter both week 1 and week 2 hours into the Peoplenet system at the end of your second week.

*If you were cancelled by your facility all cancellations must be reported in Peoplenet using the code SHCXL. Guarateed hours will not be processed otherwise.

Travelers are expected to work their contracted hours. If Contracted hours are not met it's important to advise Emerald of the reason, please advise below: *

By submitting the attached Emerald timecard, I certify that all hours reported are an accurate record of all hours worked during the reported pay period.  I understand that if there is a variance between the hours reported on this timecard and the hours reported by the facility, I may be contacted for further clarification and/or approval. I acknowledge that per the timesheet submitted, I received all required meal and rest periods. If I did not receive my breaks, I spoke to the appropriate managers to ask for relief prior to working into my break or meal periods.

Additionally, I understand that my stipend is paid out based on actual hours worked.
