Magnit (formerly Called Wand) Timecard Submittal

New Time Entry Deadline: Per your facility's timekeeping process, all hours must be submitted into the Magnit immediately following your last shift of the week,

and no later than 11:59 pm Saturday.

*If your final shift ends on Sunday morning, please enter that immediately following your shift on Sunday morning.

*Epic Travel Staffing requires all travelers to submit a screenshot of your Magnit time entry/hours entered in the portal in order to process your Payroll.

*Per your facility's process, all overtime and missed meals must be approved in advance.

*All required forms must be uploaded and submitted with your timesheet in the Magnit portal.

*Any overtime and missed meals entered into Magnit without an approval form, may be subject to a delay in pay until the approvals are confirmed. 

*You must submit a Did Not Work timesheet in the portal for any weeks that you are out for the entire week and have no worked hours.

Please note that the TYPE must be filled out and the below options are to be used when entering your time into Magnit: 
 
*Labor (regular, overtime and double time hours )
*On Call
*Call Back 
*Holiday (only on approved holidays)
*Lunch

We understand there are occasions where you are unable to enter time into wand (didn't receive details, there is an error, credentialing issues..etc). Please let us know if you run into any of these:

Cancelled Hours are hours cancelled by the facility. Volunteering to be cancelled does not qualify as cancelled hours. Please do not use this for hours that are regular worked hours. If you were unable to enter your hours in Wand, please indicate above and we can further assist you

By submitting the attached timecard, I certify that all hours reported are an accurate record of all hours worked during the reported pay period.  I understand that if there is a variance between the hours reported on this timecard and the hours reported by the facility, I may be contacted for further clarification and/or approval. I acknowledge that per the timesheet submitted, I received all required meal and rest periods. If I did not receive my breaks, I spoke to the appropriate managers to ask for relief prior to working into my break or meal periods.

Additionally, I understand that my stipend is paid out based on actual hours worked.

Travelers are expected to work their contracted hours. If Contracted hours are not met it's important to advise Emerald of the reason, please advise below: *
