By signing below, I understand the following:

Daisies are not permitted to participate in Money Earning Activities other than the Girl Scout Cookie Program or Fall Product Program.
Girl Scouts are not permitted to ask for cash donations other than to support Take Action or Gold Award Projects.
Any troop money earning projects must first be approved by your assigned Troop Support Specialist.
At least two registered adults will be in attendance at all times during an approved troop money earning activity.
All money earning guidelines will be followed (details coming soon).
The troop will dress in Girl Scout uniform (sash, vest, Girl Scout T-shirt, insignia tab).
All girls and adults participating on the project must be registered Girl Scouts.
All funds raised will go to benefit the troop and not any individual girl.
I understand this form must be completed and approved before this activity can take place.
