Request to Use Cookie Dough, Nut Bucks, and Travel Bucks

Complete this form to redeem your Product Program Rewards (Cookie Dough, Nut Bucks, and Travel Bucks). Cookie Dough and Nut Bucks may be used towards any council-sponsored program, event, trip, or Girl Scouts of the USA Destinations. Travel Bucks may only be used towards council-sponsored trips or GSUSA Destinations. Please submit one form per girl.

Terms and Conditions

Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the program registration deadline.
Requests must be completed by a parent/caregiver.
The Girl Scout must hold an active membership in order to redeem their Product Program Rewards.
Product Program Rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be used by anyone other than the Girl Scout who earned them.
Product Program Rewards may not be used towards program deposits, troop or Community Collaborator activities, Service Unit events, or with a different Girl Scout council.
Expired Product Program Rewards will not be accepted.
Program registration fees must be paid in full prior to the registration deadline.
Program deposits must be paid in full prior to redeeming Product Program Rewards.
Processing your request may take up to two weeks. If you are concerned that a program may fill up before this request is processed, please contact our Member Support Team. Once your registration(s) have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Program Credits cannot be redeemed via this form; they must be mailed to the Omaha Service Center for processing.
