Request to Use Cookie Dough, Nut Bucks, Travel Bucks, or Program Credits

Complete this form to redeem Cookie Dough, Nut Bucks, Travel Bucks, or Program Credits. Cookie Dough, Nut Bucks, and Program Credits may be used towards any council-sponsored program, event, trip, or Girl Scouts of the USA Destinations. Travel Bucks may only be used towards council-sponsored trips or GSUSA Destinations. Please submit one form per girl.

Terms and Conditions

Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the program registration deadline.
Requests must be completed by a parent/caregiver.
The Girl Scout must hold an active membership in order to redeem their Product Program Rewards.
Product Program Rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be used by anyone other than the Girl Scout who earned them. Program Credits are not transferable outside of households, between adults and girls, nor redeemable for cash or national membership dues.
Product Program Rewards and Program Credits may not be used towards program deposits, troop or Community Collaborator activities, Service Unit events, or with a different Girl Scout council.
Expired Product Program Rewards and Program Credits will not be accepted.
Program registration fees must be paid in full prior to the registration deadline.
Program deposits must be paid in full prior to redeeming Product Program Rewards and Program Credits.
Processing your request may take up to two weeks. If you are concerned that a program may fill up before this request is processed, please contact our Member Support Team. Once your registration(s) have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
