I am aware of the risks connected with volunteering in the Petsmart and or Petco cat habitat. I agree to not hold Happy Homes Animal Rescue accountable or bring legal action against the rescue should an animal bite, scratch or injure me. I am aware that I am to not let mulitple cats out at the same time to prevent conflict. If you are under the age of 18 you will be accompanied by someone over 18 years of age. Should you decide to no longer volunteer we ask you to notify us 1 week in advance. This waiver releases Happy Homes Animal Rescue from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity.
By signing this agreement I agree to hold Happy Homes entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.
I acknowledge the risk involved with volunteering with animals. I certify that my participation is voluntary and I have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that may increase my likelihood of injury.
I will make every effort to obey Happy Homes rules set in place to ensure my safety.
