All cosigners must be US citizens and live and work in the continental US. Cosigners must make more than $45,000 a year and meet all rental criteria *Proof of income must be provided at time of application.

My cosigner does not meet these qualifications and I would like to pay my lease upfront in full before move in without a cosigner.
PAYMENTS
A $50 Application Fee is required to process your application. We cannot begin to process your application until the Application Fee is paid. You can pay this over the phone with one of our leasing agents, or we can set up a login to make the payment online.
A $300 Holding Deposit is required to hold the room. This will hold your room for the 24-48 hours it takes to process your application. We cannot send your lease without the Deposit being paid. The $300 Holding Deposit will go towards your $150 Security Deposit and $150 Non-Refundable Refurbishing and Light Wear & Tear Fee.
