Registration & Refund Policy: Registration fees must be paid in fuill at time of registration. There is a $20 processing fee for cancellations within 1 week of the beginning of the program. No refunds will be given once the program has begun unless there is a doctor-documented injury or illness.
Equipment Damage Policy: The equipment used by BRL athletes is very specialized and expensive. Athletes are given specific instructions by their coaches pertaining to the proper use and handling of the equipment. In the event of mistreatment and damage to equipment, the following fines will be imposed:
Dropped boat = $50
Dropped boat & broken/bent rudder = $75
Dropped boat & cracked fiberglass = $75
Lost seat = $50
BRL coaches will report equipment damage to LCKC Office Staff and parents will receive an invoice for the appropriate fine.
Late Pick-up Policy: Parents are expected to pick athletes up on time at the end of practice. There is a 15-minute grace period for late pick up. After the grace period expires, the parent will be charged $5 per minute until the athlete is picked up. Coaches will report late pick-up to the office administrator and parents will receive an invoice for the accumulated amount.
