Steps for Submitting a Proposal

  1. Create a login (we recommend using your email as your username as it may be easier to remember). PLEASE NOTE: Usernames and passwords do not transfer from previous years.
  2. Fill out the proposal with information about all the expected presenters and your abstract. 
  3. Remember to click the “save progress” button at the bottom of the form to be able to login where you left off.
  4. Click the “submit” button to submit your proposal. You can still make edits and changes after submitting your proposal, however, MACMH staff will assume that proposals listed as “submitted” are final and any changes you make after may or may not be reflected in your official submission.
