Mental Health Certified Family Peer Specialist Program
**All applicants must be a grandparent, parent or caregiver of a child with a mental health disorder, or must have raised a child who is now grown. Mothers, fathers, foster parents, grandparents, and kinship caregivers, are eligible to apply.**
You will need to include information on the following to complete the application:

√ Your interest in areas of employment
√ Your personal and professional experiences and how it relates to the role of a Certified Family Peer Specialist
√ Your skill and experience levels in the following areas:
√ Advocacy
√ Finding and utilizing resources
√ Maintaining boundaries
√ Non-confrontational advocacy
√ Communication

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extensive requirements of the CFPS program, application and acceptance into the training process does not guarantee certification.
