All in a fun cooking show format, with over four hours of videos and a 63-page downloadable PDF with course materials and recipes.

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites, however practice of the Transcendental Meditation┬« technique is recommended. And Ayurvedic Cooking for Perfect Health is also recommended.
