Contains over four hours of videos in a fun cooking show format, plus a 32-page downloadable cookbook. Videos are available to view for one year after signing up.
 
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites, however practice of the Transcendental Meditation® technique is recommended. And Ayurvedic Cooking for Perfect Health is also recommended.
