This 10-lesson course explores how to improve and maintain good health by cooking and eating delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic meals. Includes step-by-step instructions, recipes, and an explanation of the benefits each meal bestows. It is an online self-study course, to be viewed at your convenience. Contains over 10.5 hours of videos, in a fun cooking show format. Videos are available to view for one year after signing up.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites, however practice of the Transcendental Meditation® technique is recommended.
