I-85 North Board of REALTORS® Awards Nominations

Please give a brief description as to why you think each person you nominate should be considered as the recipient of the award. Be sure to include any current board activities/committees, civic or religious activities, etc.

NOMINATIONS ARE DUE BY WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2025 AT 5PM.

REALTOR OF THE YEAR (Include Name and why they should be considered): A REALTOR who is an all around outstanding person; one who emanates professionalism in real estate practice and is a credit to the Board; one who has high principles and shows faithfulness to the laws and regulations of the Association and the Code of Ethics; one who has contributed to their community, board, business, etc., and gone above and beyond their call of service. *

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR (Include Name and why they should be considered): A REALTOR who is new to the Board and/or real estate profession who has shown excellence in their duties to their profession and their service to the Board. *

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR (Include Name and why they should be considered): A member of the Board (REALTOR or affiliate) who has willingly volunteered their time for various projects of the Board. *

COMMITTEE MEMBER OF THE YEAR (Include Name and why they should be considered): A volunteer of a committee who has dedicated their time and efforts to organize, promote and carry out the functions of their respective committee. *

AFFILIATE MEMBER OF THE YEAR (Include Name and why they should be considered): A member of the Board who is not a REALTOR, who has excelled in their duties to their profession and their service to the Board. *

MERITORIOUS SERVICE (Include Name and why they should be considered): A current active member of the Board who has dedicated their time and talents to the advancement of the Board over a period of years. This individual should also have established a personal standard of excellence which has furthered the goals of the I-85 North Board of REALTORS® and has promoted the REALTOR® organization to other real estate agents and to the general public. *

DISTINGUISHED SERVICE (Include Name and why they should be considered): A member or former member of the Board who has dedicated their time and talents to the advancement of the Board. This individual has established a personal standard of excellence which has furthered the goals of the I-85 North Board of REALTORS® and the real estate profession. *
