Registration Form and Booth Rental

I hereby apply and authorize the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS (hereinafter “NAMAR) to reserve exhibit space for the below named company (hereinafter “Exhibitor”) in the NAMAR Partner’s Business Expo 2022. I further agree that any cancellation of booth space will result in loss of payment. Booth space will be assigned by NAMAR at its sole discretion based on registration payments received and accepted. The yearly partners of NAMAR shall be given preference in the allocation of exhibit space. NAMAR reserves the right to make and/or to change all booth assignments as it deems appropriate. I further agree my exhibit will comply with all fire and safety rules and regulations adopted by the Center. In the event that NAMAR were to be liable for any occurrence that might result from the Exhibitor’s action or failure to act, such Exhibitor shall reimburse and indemnify NAMAR for damages resulting from such liability and the costs incident hereto including attorney’s fees and costs of litigation. Exhibitor further agrees that it shall hold harmless and indemnify NAMAR for any loss, damage, expense, or penalty arising from any action, including an action based upon strict liability or negligence, for personal injury or property damage to exhibitor, its employees, guests or property.

Force Majeure. No Party will be held responsible to the other Party nor be deemed to be in default under, or in breach of any provision of, this Agreement for failure or delay in performing any obligation of this Agreement when such failure or delay is due to force majeure, and without the fault or negligence of the Party so failing or delaying. For purposes of this Agreement, force majeure means a cause beyond the reasonable control of a Party, which may include acts of God; acts, regulations, or laws of any government; war; terrorism; civil commotion; fire, flood, earthquake, tornado, tsunami, explosion or storm; pandemic; epidemic and failure of public utilities or common carriers. In such event the Party so failing, or delaying, will immediately notify the other Party of such inability and its’ reason to give notice. The Party giving such notice will be excused from its obligations under this Agreement as it is thereby disabled from performing as per the cause beyond reasonable control. To the extent possible, each Party will use reasonable efforts to minimize the force majeure.

EARLY BOOTH BREAKDOWN IS NOT PERMITTED.

BAN ITEMS BELOW

For the safety of all, the following items are not permitted in the stadium:

  • Containers larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches
  • Beach balls and other inflatables
  • Glass bottles and cans
  • Alcohol or drugs
  • Fireworks
  • Firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives)
  • Laser devices and pointers
  • Skateboards and rollerblades
  • Toy guns and knives (including water guns)
  • Sticks and clubs
  • Unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Aerosol cans
  • Hard-sided coolers
  • Outside food and beverages (with the exception of one sealed bottle of water per ticketed fan)
  • Lawn chairs
  • Pets (aside from Wet Nose Wednesday dates)
  • Banners and/or flags of any kind with a stick
  • Any other objects that can be dangerous when thrown
