CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. NOMINEE MUST HOLD REALTOR membership with the board during the entire “Period of Consideration”.

2. THIS FORM MUST BE USED BY ALL INDIVIDUALS ENTERING THIS COMPETITION. All information MUST be placed on this form and no other narratives, resumes, booklets and documents will be submitted with this form.

3. Judging will be on the basis of the year’s activities during the “Period of Consideration”. Dates of activities must be shown.

4. Upload COLOR bust photo of nominee.

5. Entry must be received no later than NOON, March 29, 2024.

6. Entries received that do not adhere to the above criteria will be automatically eliminated. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS made.

The judges will be requested to consider applicant’s total personality and lifestyle to insure that the winner will be held up to the public as “the best of us.” Otherwise, the percentage system will be strictly adhered to. Applicants may be requested to attend an interview session with members of the Selection Committee. The Committee reserves the right to ask for additional information.

REALTOR® SPIRIT - high principles, faithfulness to laws and regulations of Code of Ethics and local Board, and furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and the general public. (Past REALTOR® accomplishments should be included in this section.) (15%) *
