A third party screening company’s computerized model will evaluate all applicants. Applicants are scored based on credit history, income, residence history, and criminal background. Based upon an applicant’s score there may be additional requirements or the applicant may be denied.

Resident Selection Criteria

• All applications must be completely filled out and electronically signed by the applicant where required.
• A separate application must be filled out for each applicant over the age of 18.
• A non-refundable processing fee of $50.00 per applicant will be required as the final step of submitting your online application.
• No application will be processed without a processing fee
• Applicant must provide a copy of a current valid form of identification – driver’s license, military ID, state ID, or passport.
• Military applicants must submit with application a copy of their orders.
• All intended residents must be listed on the application.
• Reliable documentation and telephone numbers for all income must be provided.
• The number of persons occupying the property must be in compliance with HUD guidelines for the desired unit.
