As part of your application for residency that will be prepared for Group 15 Real Estate you need to fill out the proceeding background questionnaire so that the company can conduct a background check about you. As part of that process, you will need to electronically sign a Notice and Authorization form ("Authorization Form") consenting to these checks. This Authorization Form will allow Resident Research, LLC, to verify the information you provide and share its results with  Group 15 Real Estate.

The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and we recommend that you double check the information you provide to ensure there is no delay with your application for residency.

An associate from Resident Research, LLC may contact you for additional information during the verification process. Please respond promptly so the background verification can be completed as quickly as possible so as not to delay the approval process.

An order summary page will confirm the information that you have submitted allowing you to review your order and make any necessary changes. Please be careful to double check all the information you provide. Once you place the order, you will not be able to modify or change it.

Administration / Contingent Approval Fee:

All leases have a $200 administration fee due before move in. Depending on credit an additional contingent approval fee may be due. It has been shown through both statistical and historical analysis that an applicant's overall credit rating directly affects the risk and likelihood of default, damages and unpaid rent for the landlord. Applicants with a lower overall credit rating pose a significantly higher risk and liability. In an effort to mitigate that risk and allow applicants with a less than perfect credit rating to still gain approval for their chosen property we have implemented a scoring model that allows applicants to pay a fee to offset the increased risk and exposure the landlord faces in approving them with a lower than normal credit rating.

** For multiple applicants the scores are averaged.  For example: Tom and Suzy apply for a property and Tom has a credit rating score of 665. Suzy has a score of 580.  665 + 580 = 1245   1245 / 2 applicants = 622.5 average score. We always round up to the next whole number so the score is 623. Looking at the table above Tom and Suzy would pay $200  as their Contingent Approval fee. Applicants with no credit score showing will be assigned a score of 500 for the purposes of determining the contingent approval fee. All scores are based on TransUnions Fico Classic 04 scoring model.

Everyone who will be living in the house and is 18 or older must complete an application!
We do NOT accept Section 8 or any other housing voucher programs.
