2024 Senior Thesis Exhibition

The Kent State University School of Art, 2024 BFA Senior Thesis Exhibition will take place over two weeks in the Center for Visual Arts, April 23-May 3, 2024 (reception 5/3, 5-8 p.m.). All participating students are required to pay a $30 flat fee to the gallery in leu of regualr gallery fees ($60). As part of that ($30 Flat Fee) each student will have an individual postcard made for them ($100 value) and vinyl for their exhibit title/name ($75 value).

The exhibition will be juried by the Gallery Committee in consultation with the Director of Exhibitions and Collections. The jury will make decisions regarding locations based on the quality, type of work, and space requirements.

You must apply with this form to complete your senior thesis in Spring 2024.

Submission Requirements:

1. 3 images that are representative of your work for the jurying process

(High RES- 300 DPI, will be used for cards.)

2. Preferred gallery locations & installation requirements if applicable

3. Title of your show.

4. Artist Statement (optional).
