World Bank Group Retiree, STT/STC, and Contractor Donation Form

 
Welcome to the FY18 Community Connections Campaign
Retiree & Consultant Pledge Form! 

The Campaign will run this year from November 1 through December 31, 2017. 

Retirees, STT/STC Consultants, and Contractors can participate by filling out the form below. If 55% of staff pledge during the campaign, the Bank Group will provide a 100% match, doubling your gift to the organization(s) of your choice.  (Please note that organizations that have not been on the Campaign list for at least one year are not yet eligible for the World Bank Group corporate match.)

Once you have completed the pledge form, remember to click the Submit button at the bottom of the form. You will see a success page if your pledge form has been fully completed, which will include all of the details of your pledge. Please print this page for your records as it is the only record you will receive with the breakdown of how much you gave to each group. Please also send a copy of it along with your check, however it is not yet your tax receipt. You will receive your tax receipt, which will note the total amount of your donation, via email after payment has been received for your pledge.

Retirees, STT/STC Consultants, and Contractors must make their pledge payments by check payable to WBCCF (see Step 3 below).

You have the option to select up to ten (10) organizations from the Campaign list.  Please enter a dollar amount for each organization selected.  You can also designate a portion or all of your pledge to WBCCF.

 
World Bank Community Connections Campaign General Fund:
I would (also) like to pledge the below amount to the World Bank Community Connections Fund (WBCCF). Note: These donations are allocated by the WBCCF Board of Directors to meet current pressing needs in the Washington metropolitan region. This past year, the WBCCF provided grants to fund capital campaigns for DC Central Kitchen, Art Enables, Bread for the City, and N Street Village.  *

Step 3Make Your Pledge Payment

Please write your check for the Total FY18 CCC Pledge Amount above, payable to “World Bank Community Connections Fund,” or simply “WBCCF,” and send it to the following address:

Your check must be received by January 13, 2018 at the latest. Payments received after this date will not be matched.
