Organizational Registration Form
This registration certifies that the program listed below
will participate in the North Jersey Junior Basketball League for the 2019 – 2020 season. And that this organization is properly insured as required by the League’s By-Laws and procedures.
We agree to abide by the League’s By-Laws, policies, procedures and rulings as stated by and/or adopted by the League and/or the League’s elected officials.
This Organizational Form must be signed by an authorized representative of the organization and returned to the League by October 27th.
