AGE REQUIREMENTS

Mini Kids (7 & under)

Children (12 & under)

Junior (13-16 yrs) Junior 1 Solo/Duo (13-14) + Junior 2 Solo/Duo (15-16)

Adult (17 & over)

Adult 2 (31 & over)

**Age is determined as of Dec 31, the competition year, so Dec 31/2024.

ACRO REQUIREMENTS

This is a world championship national team - we will accept acro dancers at a competitive level. The IDO Acrobatic Dance Championships require 50% acro and 50% dancing so team members must be able to do both. Please see the ON Acro Audition tab for more information.

TEAM(s)

The 2024 Acro Championships are being held in conjunction with the IDO World Ballet, Jazz, and Modern/Contemporary Championships and IDO World Improvisation Cup in Kielce, Poland. You may audition to be a part of one or more genres competiting that week.

FEE

$25 /acro in-person audition

$35/acro video audition

You may submit more than one video for acro. All details about what we want to see are on our website's BC Acro Audition tab.

Please note that although we offer a video audition option for those who cannot make it in person, they are always preferred to come in person.
